About Chuck
Chuck is a lifelong resident of Zebulon, North Carolina, where he resides with his wife of more than 30 years, Kim. Together, they have one son, Scott, and are eagerly anticipating welcoming their daughter-in-law this spring as Scott marries his fiancé, Lindsey.
With more than three decades of experience, Chuck has helped homebuyers from all walks of life purchase, build, and close on both new construction and existing homes. He is known for his dedication, dependability, and drive while consistently advocating for his clients as they navigate the process of purchasing land or finding the perfect home.
Outside of his professional life, Chuck and Kim remain active managing their farm, where they care for chickens, donkeys and boarding horses. In their free time, they enjoy trips to the beach, boating with family and friends, spending time outdoors, cheering on the NC State Wolfpack, supporting Ducks Unlimited, faithfully worshiping at Zebulon Baptist Church and actively participating in local and international missions outreach with his Fishers of Men Sunday School Class.
